In the second link I blame the driver for going too fast or not keeping enough distance for his reaction time.
The third link had been discussed before. It was driver error while making a turn through an intersection.

My guess would be that the second trailer didn't have enough tongue weight and started to walk causing the 5er to walk. The link said that it was a utility trailer. Going to venture out and say it wasn't loaded correctly to give it the tongue weight it needed. I have a utility trailer that I double with that I haul my golf cart on. The total weight of the trailer with the cart on it is maybe 1,500#. The cart fills it up so there is really no room to adjust. It pulls way worse than my 4,500# boat behind the fifth wheel.
