I don't know if many RVers anymore started out as tent campers like I did but the tent wasn't a place to hang out. It was a place to sleep, so that's always been my camping style. We spend VERY little time inside the walls of the camper. In fact, when I see RV campers that never leave the asphalt their RV is parked on in the campsite I often wonder what their pre-RV camping experiences were.
