We worked our way through RV's and started with tents. Going to a TC was step back in capacity and size from our toy hauler, but we gained flexibility in travel since we don't always have to haul our garage with us as part of the package. For our lifestyle and the amount of camping we do, we will get a bigger TC once I have a bigger truck. The ability to upgrade truck, camper and garage independently is quite a bonus and will keep us as TC'ers even if we go to a triple slide mansion in the future.
