Why aren't slides built with a "pitch"
Why don't they build slides with a "pitch" on the roof of the slide so the water would run off to the front and rear of the camper like it does on a house roof? A couple of inches of pitch would do it...

Because "they" want to sell you a slide topper.
Kinda like having to buy stabilizers for your electric stabilizer jacks, or better tires, or electric tongue jack, or better mattress and a bunch of other things that you wished came as standard. The RV accessory market is definitely alive and doing well... :B
After owning an RV for a few years now, I think I've become hardened and cynical, lol.
