Why aren't slides built with a "pitch"
Why don't they build slides with a "pitch" on the roof of the slide so the water would run off to the front and rear of the camper like it does on a house roof? A couple of inches of pitch would do it...

I thought all slides had a slight pitch away from the trailer to drain the water away? My current cherokee and my previous one both had a slide with a slight pitch so the water didn't settle in thw middle. I even raise the front of my trailer a half inch to an inch to help drain the rain away and to drain the A/C condensation to the rear.
