Do you know if the wheels are hub centric, or lug centric?
My forged alloy 16x10 wheels are lug centric (wanted hub centric, but that
is all they had back in 1997) and are some times wobbly due to the kid who
didn't listen to me and spun the lug nuts on with an air gun...his boss denied
that his worker did that and must be me or a previous shop
The kid oblonged some of the holes when the lug taper hole wasn't centered and
the lug nut rode up one side to chew up metal
The tires could be out of round or just poorly made with too heavy a spot
You wheel could also be out of round and/or not straight. I've had steel wheels,
wire wheels and alloy wheels bent by tire gorillas forcing it on their machine
Other potentials are that it could be in the knuckle/hub/etc and NOT
the tire/wheel....or some other rotating thing that makes it seem like
the tire/wheel
