Ours is small because of where we like to camp. For example, Pfeiffer Big Sur state park has a max of 27' for trailers. We took our old 24' there and I about had a coronary. Huge overhanging trees and a winding drive. But the park is a beautiful place to camp. Also, the park we like to go to in the gold country has some turns that are so tight with trees in the way. We watched some poor guy in about a 30' fifth wheeler take about 20 minutes to maneuver around one of the trees. When I retire in a few years, we will be trading in our small TT for a small motorhome. We're looking at about 29 to 34 feet. We have kids and grandkids all over the western US, so we will be spending a lot more time on the road.
