Why hasn't anyone released a HD truck with a Turbo V8?

This is the type of power we could have in a hybrid truck.

It would be cool if the hills we climb were 10 to 15 seconds long. Unfortunately the hills I climb are a bunch longer than that.

Electric power is like nitomethane. You can get a lot of power out of it for a short period of time.
