Why is Pickuptrucks.com run so bad

I'm just amazed at how bad that website is run. First, their tests are poorly conducted. I find the test at TFLtrucks.com much better. At least they attempt to level the field. Second, their comments section under each article are poorly moderated or controlled. They have almost no established rules for their users. Is it just me but has this website gone down hill in the last few years? Maybe its due to Mark Williams taking over.
