Why is there a 3 inch hole in the roof of my wolf creek?

Decided to remove my roof antenna on my wolf creek 850 to make room for a cargo roof carrier. Since it only had a coaxel cable running through it I thought the hole could be easily covered with dicor...

Going to follow this as I will have the same issue if I pull the top piece off mine all the dish hardware is gone but I left the tower instead of removing it. Great Post, please post up your solution when you are done
