I missed the paragraph about using CanAm RV. I assume NC means you are from North Carolina?
If you do buy the Navigator and are looking at going over any capacity rating (hitch, payload, GCVWR, etc), ask if they are willing to take on the liability if you get into an injury or death related accident while towing. Canada does not have the same "sue everyone for everything" problem that we in the US do so setting a rig up to tow over capacity presents far less potential litigation issues than we see here.
