Why would Keystone remove egress windows from newer models?

Interesting that in ours, there is an egress window by the bed and another behind the dinette. The only door inside is to the head. The two windows are about 6’ apart.
When our kids had their EcoCamp bunkhouse, it had three of them in a 21’ box.
