Wife and I looking for a small travel trailer..Need help

Insulation, heated tanks and water lines and large, 2 X 10 gal or more propane tanks. Buy a Onan generator, they are very quiet and put it in the pickup bed. Brands I'd go with Northwood lightweight 18 ft. Solid company, good trailers and we own a Northwood Arctic Fox. You get what you pay for.
