- plock40Explorerwe have a 5th, but to big for some camp grounds, so we also have af 990, and just love both for different camping. going to alaska in june with the camper for 2 or 3 month, have been in the camper for 6 weeks at a time and had lots of fun. good luck
- portscannerExplorerWe went from a 30' 5er toy hauler to a TC and neither SWMBO or I have looked back.
(Of course I made sure we got the dry bath that Her Majesty wanted) - homefor2Explorer

Pity you're letting the wife go.
Now that's funny.
We are on our way to Lake Havasu City AZ for 3 1/2 months with our Arctic Fox camper. Last year we spent 2 1/2 months in AZ and another month in BC in the summer. We have had a 5th wheel and still go back and forth about which one we like best. This will be a test to see if we keep the camper or go back to something bigger (likely a 5th wheel). I love the camper is many ways but having that storage and comfy chairs to relax in at night is pretty tempting. Wish we could have it all. - AmericamperExplorerUsed our 5th wheel 2 times, sold it, bought the TC and have used it 158 times and counting.

Just change the decal , that usually works .
Coachmen .....Coachwomen
Funny!
A dog mounting that decal probably isn't PC.
Now, that dog IS funny ... can't imagine the sense of humor who designed that decal ... :):):) - nomadictxnExplorerWent from an old manual trans truck and 8 foot camper to much newer automatic truck and 9.5 ft. camper. Nicer, easier to drive truck and a heck of a lot more storage on the newer camper. The little lady is pleased. She has taking the rig out by herself. I guess I just got lucky, because I know I am not that smart.
If I had to I probably would go with a small Class C. - languiduckExplorer

I am a wife. What's not to like about your TC? Storage is a problem? Don't bring so much stuff. I know, we overloaded at first but now, after 30,000 miles of truck camping, we leave most of what we initially brought home. And, we gals like our sit down potties which we have on our Hallmark. Maybe that is the problem if yours doesn't have a real toilet. Some posters on our RV forums for 5ers, coaches and Class Cs bring jewelry, many changes of clothes, entire sets of pots and pans, etc. I guess we are simpler and don't bring anything that is extraneous. To each there own. Did she say why she hates it? Looks nice to me.
As long as there's a clean potty, my bride will camp with me just about anywhere. We started off in tents (still do on occasion), then pop up camper, and to us our Travel Lite is a mansion. We had half a summer with it and already have withdrawals from it sitting there unused now that it's cold.
Sucks that she doesn't like it, but if she doesn't like it she never will. Keep it as a man cave or unload it.
