Dump the wife or dump the trailer???? It really is a personal choice.
I do know that if something isn't used and its costing dollars (whether it be for storage, insurance, maintenance time, etc. etc.), then I'd eliminate that "thing". Re-direct limited dollars into something that someone &/or both parties love.
For me, I'd dump my trailer. When it needs to go, it will go - without hesitation. If wondering, I mostly do camping "for the kids". And when the kids no longer want to go camping and wife doesn't want to go either, then the trailer goes. People above things. Always... For me, it's that simple...
