When I post about my wife on this forum, she knows about it. I don't hide anything from her. As far as camping goes, as long as she has a toilet, she will go.
Also, we share responsibilities when loading up and setting up along with taking everything down and putting it away. We both have certain items that we are better at. I'm good at setting up the rig, water, chemicals, tools, etc. She is better at the clothes and food. She does most of the cooking inside and I do most of the cooking outside. Most of our cooking is outside when camping. My biggest problem is getting away enough to keep us both happy.
It is important to spend quality time together. Go camping when you get a chance and enjoy life. By the way, I hope you keep participating on the forum.
