I don't see what all the packing problems everybody always have are. My TT is always packed. I grab a backpack full of clothes and I'm purty much ready to go. Any food items, or such, I buy along the way. Takes me about 15 minutes to get ready, 15 minutes to set up, and 25 minutes to tear down including dumping the tank. The rest of you are doing it the hard way. This is no offense to the OP or his wife. I'm just saying a general comment about camping.
Oh, and I love camping close to home. Beats setting in the house on a nice summer evening. But, I understand not everybody does things the same way.
