Seems to me you should be asking your insurance agent rather than us.

My policy does.

Call your insurance agent during their working hours over your RV worth tens of thousands of dollars....or ask on a forum? Hmmmmm....I'm thinking....ah...call your agent! Read your policy!

It would be hard to say, there are simply too many insurance companies and types of policy coverage.

I will bet for enough premium, it would be available. :)

You know, what anyone says here is immaterial. What your policy says is what matters. However, to make you feel better since you don't want to invest time to understand what you pay your insurance to cover, let me just sum it up for you. If your trailer is destroyed by a wildfire, your policy will buy you a new trailer, bigger and better than the one that was destroyed. And of course, you will need a bigger and better truck to tow it, so your insurance will buy that for you, too. Now, don't worry anymore. You are covered!

Yes, you're covered. No reason to read your policy or call your agent. Trust me.

Might be time to drop the old receiver on the hitch ball and get it to a safer location.

That'd be my first choice for protecting it.

I posted just to see if there was some commonality to our policies. Curiosity until I could get in touch with my agent. You're right, after considering the responses, this thread was useless.
