Legal vs civil court is a.black and white with no gray issue, vs LOTS of gray, and very little black and white. Legal is harder to convict vs civil.
As noted, I can be under, at or over manufactures limits, and still be sued for negligence. An attorney that.goes after these types of cases, throws sloppy soup, with lots of ingredients that will stick to the wall it is grown at. Some sticks, some does not. What does, they.go.after, what does not, they leave on floor.
With this in mind, as long as I fit Wa state RCW 45.xxx, which are weight laws here, I'm calling it good, which is the federal law ALL states are to enforce if they want Fed err real funding for roads. If not, then one can change home they are enforced. Until then......I go with what the cveo's that pull me over enforce.
