Will it pull my trailer?
I am looking for a new/used truck to pull my travel trailer. I have a Keystone Passport Ml199 that weights 3800 lbs empty. I would like to get decent gas mileage since it will be an every day driver...

That's part of the problem. I, personally, can't bet my life on "good enough".
Which just points out, the level of good enough can vary. You may only be comfortable if you're at no more than 50% of the applicable rating while for me I'm comfortable at 100%.
Well,there you have it. You go right ahead and bet your life @ 100%.
And I'll hope you NEVER have to make an emergency stop going downhill when YOUR life depends on it towing at 100%. And don't worry about those around you.
