Looks like you have enough room. It will take some practice but once you figure out the markers on where to line it up and when to cut it you'll be parking that in 5 mins in no time. If I was visiting I could get my 34' TT in there.
I wouldn't go in tongue first, that's going to make it really tough to get out of there with the dolly. Back it in, get yourself a good set of mirrors on the truck (like you should have anyway) and have a spotter help with blind spots.
