I like it. One of the best connections to the frame i've seen. There are two positions to connect the actual winch to the box or bracketry. One is four bolts facing up coming in from a bottom plate, and four bolts facing rearward coming in from the front plate. This is what your connection looks like, should you get a winch. I have used my winch a lot, for wood gathering mostly, and have been stuck enough to have use the winch. But you get a bit cocky knowing you always have the goods to get out....which has blown up in my face a time or two. One thing with such a strong winch is without the TC on and just the stakesides up for wood, I must invariably 'dead man' the truck or the wincher will inexorably be drawn toward the winchee, just dragging all four non-rolling tires along. Another trick is to put the edge of that front bumper against a tree as a deadman when winching.
