This one looks good. It is one of the few that have a radiator saver feature, not to be overlooked if you come in contact with a tall bovine. I have seen too many 'after' shots of trucks that hit something big and totally stopped said vehicle in its tracks, because the whole front end collapsed into the engine. The other thing i like is the tapered up outer lips of the bumper allowing a better approach angle, at least to the tires, which is typical when rolling over boulders. Be sure the winch you have picked out actually will fit in the provided space and make real sure that the support structure around the space is up to the sheer force that will be exerted. That's why I liked the "II" version. My only reservation is the high cost. Get it on. We're burnin' daylight here.

Yeah, I liked the look of the Buckstop Baja better but it had that large opening in the middle frame and just didn't feel comfortable ordering it. The modified Classic II should provide adequate front end protection. The six week wait will be difficult, but it will give me enough time to search for a good winch, either new or used.
