This may be thinking out of the box but here goes......has anyone ever put an AC winch on there TC and used there generator for power. The cost savings would be great but ??????????? Dave

That's not an AC winch, it's 12v DC. Even so 400A at 12v is 4,800 watts. If a 120v AC winch were similar in drive train and motor efficiency it would need similar power.
