That floorplan doesn't have much counter space either. The 250RDSW has a much a better kitchen with more cupboards for food storage. We also like the rear kitchen model 240RKSW, but are looking for a Timber Ridge.
If it's just food storage you need, as you do most of your cooking outdoors, I've seen people with boxes and boxes of kitchen stuff in their pass through area.
"Different strokes for different folks", I guess. A lot of people only go camping on the weekend and cook outside mostly. But we're looking for something to live in for a couple of months down in Florida so want a functional kitchen. One of the good things about the Timber Ridge and WindRiver models is the 8cuft frig. And I think all Outdoors RV have the 22" stove.
