Do you know if the opposite side of the fiberglass is the same smooth material or is it an unfinished side of the rock guard?
If the current decal is an issue and I can get it removed with a heat gun then I will hope the opposite side is finished as well and just paint the current side and flip it over decal the current back side after painting.
If this is the case that would work great!
