All I see there is a bunch of window tint kits and film for the interior of windows, or exterior stuff made for house / building windows.... or blue film that would be used when cars are transported.
I HAVE seen large windshields on diesel pusher motorhomes being driven from the factory to the dealer using film of some sort on windshields.
I don't know how well that stuff would work for long term usage.
It seems like it would seriously impair visibility over time.
When my windshield gets to the point where visibility is compromised, or it gets bullseyes from rocks / cracks, it's time to replace it.
