with 4 weeks to go, we have 6 rigs attending this gathering at this time. seems everyone attending will be going on the winery tour at desert wind and staying for dinner also. i have to give the winery the number of people going.this friday (18th). i will give them the count and add 2 extra in case we have more joining us at the gathering.
the resort will also have one of the local wineries at the resort on saturday. it will be right before potluck time so we can figure out if we want to push the time back a little for the potluck while at the gathering.
thats the thing about the gatherings i do versus rallies...gathering are a loosely scheduled deal. we play things by ear and at the moment.
i was looking at the resort website and there must have been an update since i looked last. one of the pages shows some local attractions for those wanting to know more about what is around.
