Winnebago 2201DS Review (a little long!)

Great review! Lots of good info. We are currently shopping the Winnebago towable line. Very impressed with the fit and finish, as you mentioned. We are looking closely at the 2351 model. We like it mainly for the galley. We love to cook, and eat! So this model appeals to that. However, the double opposing slide outs give me some concern. For no specific reason, just concern. I was wondering, since you obviously shopped this out, if you considered the 2351, and if so, what thoughts, concerns you may have had. And to follow up, why the 2201 was your choice from the Winnebago line?
