Winnebago or Freedom Express

I am on my second Winnebago product. In my opinion, Winnebago is a higher quality unit than what Coachman builds. I love the aluminum framing and the quality of their construction and cabinets. Even the hardware on the cabinets is a few steps above others. The mattress is an inner spring high quality mattress and it even came with pillows for the bed. Winnebago manufactures most of their own materials and has them available to their customers in the event you ever have to fix something in the unit. I have found their warranty coverage to be excellent. But don't just look at the obvious, look at the construction. Watch for staples where screws should be. Check for fit and finish, etc. It's worth it to pay more for quality.
