OK...just looked at some photos of the 2101DS, and I see the outside water heater access panel on the drivers side of the trailer just to the rear of the slideout. On the inside of the trailer, that would be below the television where you have one door for a storage area. I would look inside that area for a panel that would be the access panel for the water heater.
