I dont believe it gets cold enough there to worry so much about winter capable trlrs. I would find something in the price range, skirt it with something and go for it. If its to cold for water to be hooked up all the time then fill the tank as needed and dump as needed. FYI i lived in my TT which is fairly winter capable for about 6 months in temps as low as -12 and dealt with the issues of filling the tank instead of having water connected all the time, dumped the tanks when full and never had a problem.
