I throw a blue tarp over the trailer every year. It is stored outside at our home. We fasten it to the walls of a bulk headed parking space. It works well because it keeps debris, snow, water, sun off the roof. It also lets air circulate around the trailer and the roof. If I need to get inside i simply release one of the tie down straps and go inside to keep an eye on things. This method has worked well for the last 6 years. I position the trailer so that water will drain off the roof.
