I would ask some questions. Like how did they get inside to turn on the pump. Did they ask if you have any extra faucets (I have a drinking water faucet). Did they run antifreeze through the shower heads? If all they did was come out, do something and leave, then I wouldn’t be happy. They should’ve went through the process they go through.
