I leave fresh water tank drain open. I blow out my lines so I leave all the valves open.Don't how RVers handle the anti freeze in their lines. That pink stuff does freeze. Just not hard. It gets like thick pudding in WY weather. The grey and black tank I pour enough anti freeze in to cover dump valves and fill traps Also pour some over toilet valve.
