I am using the Prodigy RF. I like technology and figured why not. It took about 5 minutes to install and setup, and when I am not towing I can put the remote away. The good part is that it will still work without the remote. The unit that installs on the trailer remembers your last settings, and will use them in the event of the remote losing connection or power.
It works great and I notice no difference between this controller and the regular wired Prodigy's I have had in the past.
I'm running a P3 now only because at the time I was wanting to upgrade from an older Prodigy my dealer offered me a P3 he had received from the distributor as demo and offered it to me at a price I couldn't refuse. Had I not been in the right place at the right time I'd probably also now be running a Prodigy RF so it's great to hear how well it does work. Thanks for your report :B ... far better than just WAG speculation from others who've never owned one and have no solid basis to support their negative opinions. :R
