I pulled the same trailer (with DW & middle 2 grandkids) to Colorado and back with a 5.3 Chevy last summer. Those passes were all it wanted. This truck has 200 pounds more payload, 3,700 pounds more tow capacity, 50 more hp, and a whole lot more torque, so I'm hoping for a good tow.
Lucky parents of those kids! You wanna come down to Florida and take ours? We do not have grandparents around to have fun with like that.
