With regard to carrying a TC, what does these #'s tell me?

When you have + - 3000 lb "cargo" capacity on rear axle, you don't have much to play with camper choices.
You are limited to 8-9' long campers and light ones.
Those have COG several inches in front of rear axle, so taking weigh off front is not going to be the issue.
