I think the OP is a 1 and done poster, however here are some issues I have experienced for those that are actually interested.
1. Any idea on how to fix this? Iron? This is one of those that just annoys you and I would never consider giving up to a dealer to fix.
There are several areas where the wall paper is starting to peel already.
Above door

Near command center

2. Another issue
Wires in access panel behind wardrobe by bathroom several were frayed, they appear to be grounds though

3.front nose cap puckering: was told by northwood this is not covered warranty and was my fault because I am using a cover and that caused excessive heat to warp the fiberglass.

4.every cushion started to come apart only a few days after taking delivery of my camper. Northwood DID cover this and sent me a whole new set of cushions

Replacements :)

5.caulking: they missed it everywhere! Worst was around sewer dump valve. Drove through rain and flooded basement for 2nd time. there were so many open holes into the coach if I had not re-caulked I would have had many leaks.

6. 1st flooding of basement. Fresh water connections leaked into basement
Stainless steel bands loose

Flooded basement and had to replace insulation

7. Toilet pex line coming through floor not caulking and when rinsing out wet bath water drained into basement for third flooding.
8. Propane gas line behind battery compartment had a screw about 1/16" away from piercing it.

Bottom line: CHECK EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY!
Keep in mind
I love my WC 850 and realize these are man made and no human is perfect. Also, things can loosen up as the camper is being used so constant maintenance is a must. I have no regrets. This is why some people like to buy used as many issues have been taken care of and you save some $$$. Would I do it all over again? Youbetcha :)
