We love our 21BHS, but since Thor took them over, and especially after they were joined up with KZ, their responsiveness and customer oriented approach sure seems to have suffered. Perhaps it is temporary.
I love our 2014 21 RBS. This week tested twice by accident the all metal roof and tree branches. They are low this time of year n Cali. I don't think TPO would have held up as well. The older units up to 2015 and are the most durable.
