Verizon most likely has the best coverage and they have Mifi's for internet only or you can use your phone as a hotspot for computers or whatever..Reasonable rates and there giving out double the data for a while...

I ALWAYS need internet when camping and for decade used Sprint hot spots.
They changed the hardware but MIFI hotspot is still available. They have affordable plans that worked for me and I did not have to sign for a year.
Coverage was good, although sometimes the hotspot took some time to connect.
But on couple occasions I had Internet working, where cellphones were dead.
I was researching using cellphone as hotspot and it was always cost prohibitive. Not saying that my $7 a month cell plan had the option.

Most folks now use cellular data. Verizon and ATT both offer unlimited data,
Streaming speed????? Maybe. You can get a standalone device to run for data, but with most smartphones you have the same ability built in unless you are using a service that blocks it.
You may have to limit your locations to places with the strongest service to stay operational. Best suggestion for your needs would be to try it now from your home, connect via your phone and see if it's workable for you.
