We have a brake hook up and a Prodigy. Our vehicle requires using it for any trailer over 1000 pounds I think it is, so we've been using it with our PUP since we bought the vehicle. And I don't even think there's a slight hill on the way home, everything is flat here.
And for the poster that suggested taking the back roads...the highways here ARE the back roads. LOL We don't have anything like interstates in the provinces I'll be travelling between.
For those concerned about propane weight, we won't have propane in the tanks and can put the tanks elsewhere in the trailer if need be.
If the tongue weight is low, we'll add propane or carry some water or add some bricks to the front of the trailer. ;)
