Sorry, I missed the terrain portion of the post. I don't know if you have something like Uhaul up there. I have seen people rent a larger haul truck and tow with it. That said, if your plan is to eventually use another family members truck as a TV, I would pass on this trailer and get one in your tv ratings so you aren't dependant on someone else's vehicle. Not to mention you don't know that what they buy will be capable of towing this trailer either. Another option is to go with a MH and tow one if your vehicles with it.
