With the yellow sticker weight 300lbs higher than the brochure dry weight, I suspect most of that could be from battery, propane, etc that is forward of the axles. I would estimate the tongue weight of your empty trailer to be 12% of 4300lbs or 516lbs. Exceeding your 500lb max tongue weight limit.
