Hey silver, I have to jump in here. I have a 2012 Acura MDX and guess what, we're getting a 2015 X213 as well. I've ran the numbers, and we're within the limits of the tow vehicle. However, realize you ARE towing at the limit. I have no intentions of abandoning the MDX. It has AWD, trans coolers, brake controller and sway/wdh and the vehicle has stability control.
Its what you are comfortable with. I've towed alot of trailers, some much heavier. I'm comfortable. Just watch what you put in the trailer as cargo and where...no more than 300lbs in cargo between trailer and car. I plan to tow the setup all over the country (military).
