To the original question "would you tow this home" Yes I would. Even if you are a bit over your weight you will be OK towing it home. I would not use this setup on any regular basis. Your tow rig will have reduced life towing this trailer over the long term.
Towing it home? No problem.
Towing it home? No problem.
