There is also a mad scramble for research into alternative materials or tech to pack more punch in smaller space and to have less weight.

News last night said GM is shutting down two more factories due to lack of supplies/parts.

Could be longer waits for electric vehicles if the USA doesn't start making more battery factories. We're way behind.
