Some one please tell me why almost every post in TOW VEHICLES is turned into a Tesla or electric car post. Neither are tow vehicles!
What are you talking about. Lots of people are towing little RV's with EV's. We see it here often.- goducks10Explorer

ROFLMAO........................Infrastructure Plan?
"Out of the $2 trillion, the plan only spends about $115 billion to modernize bridges, highways, roads, and main streets that are in “most critical need of repair.”
"The plan also includes $213 billion for home sustainability and public housing, $50 billion for National Science Foundation infrastructure “research,” $35 billion for climate change-related R&D, and $50 billion for a new “Commerce Department Office.”
"tax hikes, partisan add-ons, and having less than 6% of the proposal actually going to roads and cities."
"the proposal sets aside $20 billion for projects that “advance racial equity and environmental justice.”
“There is no reason for an infrastructure plan to include tens of billions of dollars, or hundreds of billions of dollars, in gifts to the already heavily subsidized renewable energy industry.”
Could be worse.

Why would you expect anything different? LOL. Yosemite Sam1 wrote:
Good luck on that big jump into downsizing.
Never really into big rig but still made that upgrade so wifey can have sofa and full size bath.
Best decision in my life after splitting the atom with bottle cap and soda straw. lol
Happy wife...
I hear ya. We are waiting to see his model X before we make any decisions. But we know we’ll never explore those places that we have been driving by with the 40 foot diesel pusher. We are keeping our Cybertruck reservation for now. The thing with the cybertruck is we’ll end up as a two vehicle family again if we go that route. With the model X we could theoretically sell the model 3 and stay a one vehicle household.
Time will tell.- GDS-3950BHExplorer

A model X Tesla is min four months out right now. At least here in BC.
The X is in the process of a major refresh that requires an overhaul of the assembly line that should be nearing completion after 3 months of lost production. This has nothing to do with the global chip shortage. The same goes for the model S. When these two vehicles get back into production that will add even more unit volume and significantly more revenue for Tesla.
Good to know. We have a neighbour waiting for one. I’m kinda looking forward to test driving his....and that could be dangerous...from the financial aspect anyway. :) LOL.
Please give us a report on what is new. It is supposed to be a very significant upgrade. Especially if he springs the extra $30k for the "Plaid" version with three motors and 1,020hp. Delivery in the US is showing May/June.
Model X info
He’s not getting the plaid. He is looking at it for the same reason we are. To pull a small teardrop type trailer. In his case a safari alto and in our case a little guy max. We are both down sizing from motorhomes. This time around we want to get into the smaller campgrounds and in our case the island campgrounds off BC. We need something smaller for that. Especially for the smaller island ferry’s. Should be an interesting transition. :).- GrooverExplorer II
