You will have regrets soon, shoulda got a 16'.
Well even if I regret it, it is done. I really don't have room for any bigger to stow it away. I mean I have plenty of yard but not any more room with concrete to park it on and I'm not adding any more concrete.:B

You may not need an equalizing hitch for your size trailer, but look into them if the tongue weight starts encroaching too much on your rear axle weight linits.
I have presently right at 2650# more capacity till I reach the rear GAWR. The tires have more capacity than that. It makes a big difference since I got the dually.
My empty weight on mine is 1900# so I should have plenty of capacity and I won't have enough room to overload it probably. :h

Congrats on the new trailer. 7x12 is a rare size for a trailer. I wish I had a 7' trailer. My 6 wide lacks space I wish I had.
6' wide is a nuisance to back up because I can't see it. By the time i see it in the mirrors, it's crooked.
Torflex axles are the only way to go on cargo trailers.
I know the size is different as most 12' ones are either 6' wide and a lot of the time it is a single axle. I wanted the additional capacity and the tandem axle with brakes on both.
From everything I read it appears that Wells Cargo are a good brand and after searching the internet for the Road Force line of them I didn't find anything negative on this line. It seemed it had a lot of bang for the buck. I looked at another brand and it looked interesting had 12" extra height but with regular spring axles. The dealer told me that Torflex axles cost him about $800 more than the standard axles. After doing some research on that brand there were a lot of negative comments on the web about this brand. So I decided to pass on this one and glad I did. The one I'm buying is a little more but in the long run I believe it is a better trailer.
Thanks for every bodies comments on everything. My wife also had a real neat gift made up for me. She put together a collection of our pictures from the Alaska trip this year and had Sam's make up a couple of books of our pictures. It is pretty neat, on the cover there is a picture and on the binding there is the name and Book 1 and Book 2. She said it was really hard to figure out which 500 pictures to put into them with over 10,000 pictures that we took on our trip to pick from. We picked up my wife's new Jeep on the 24th but it had to go back to the dealer today to change to the tires I wanted on it and to be detailed. It was a dealer exchange. So when we took it in today they loaned us a Grand Cherokee Overland to drive for today. It was the same one we had before they got our in. We normally don't finance vehicles but they gave us 0% for 36 months. We figured heck why take our money out of the bank where it is making a little bit of interest. If they want to loan me money at 0% I'll take it. Now we'll see how long it takes before my wife gets tired of making payments and pays it off. :S
Now I have to start getting the jeep set up so we can tow it behind the TC. Does it ever end. :B
