if the job being done is so poor it requires recaulking annually, I'd find another dealer/tech who is competent.
I call BS. :W Many of us as we age are a
lot less interested in climbing atop any trailer so for me for the minor cost involved it's no-brainer to have a much younger person do it. :B Secondly, inspecting the seals every year and touching up as necessary is only good maintenance, regardless of who does it. On this last go-around the tech spotted a couple of problem areas I hadn't seen myself ... worth every penny to have someone who does this for a living take care of this for me. :B
